2025z-2040z: Sounds like newsreel, editorial or commentary, man talking about death penalty, anecdote involving a banker, prisoner... good signal but intelligibility was difficult due to very pinched, thin audio.

Mostly on 6927 USB, but suddenly shifted - not drifted - to 6925.5 USB around 2029z, then back to 6927 USB.

Heard this, too, ~2035-2040, but was unintelligble at my location.
Like Lex, it was a good signal; too bad about the audio.
