The primary existence of the club, revolves around the publication of a monthly bulletin called the A*C*E Newsletter. The bulletin reports on the activities of pirate, clandestine, covert, micro casting and other unexplained broadcasts. The ACE readers are provided with other available materials concerning motives, explanations and theories behind these various broadcasts and broadcasters. The ACE as an organization, does not encourage, support or condone any illegal activity, we simply seek to understand the nature and reasoning behind such broadcasts.
